✿ REFUNDS, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS ✿
Refunds and cancellations are ALLOWED ONLY before I ship out your products. I am not heartless and can sympathize with your emergency situations, however, please still be mindful of your budget when you make a purchase on my shop ! Especially with preorder items, please make sure you understand and are able to wait for them to be manufactured, as stated under their product description.
I will not be able to issue a refund for you once your order has been shipped. Please send me an email at email@example.com if you'd like to refund your order.
In case of lost delivery during transit, I will not be able to offer you a refund as I also incurred a loss in the items shipped and delivery fee, I hope you understand ! :( So, please consider choosing the tracking number shipment for your order to prevent this from happening !
For returns, I highly advise you to take a video of when you receive and open the package. So I can be sure that the item is broken/ have defects way before it reaches you, and that it could have been caused by me or delivery.
✿ REFUNDS FOR ORDERS THAT PAID VIA CREDIT CARD ✿
My shop uses 2checkout's service, and therefore the refunds via be processed by them !
To place a refund, return or exchange request for an order placed with 2Checkout, You would need to contact 2Checkout via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, by phone at +31 88 000 0008 or by accessing 2Checkout myAccount.
Please have your order number available and provide a reason for your request in order to speed up your refund process. Your request will be reviewed within 2 days and we will notify you via email of the results.
Refund, returns or exchanges request are accepted up to 30 days from the date of placing the Order with 2Checkout. 2Checkout may grant extensions to this period for some special cases and Products at its discretion.
If you choose to pay by check or money order you may cancel your Order before making the payment or in case the payment is not received by us in 30 days 2Checkout will cancelled you Order.
You may submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed. Please note that if the Order is already shipped or delivered we will not be able to approve the cancelation request.
Some products have special conditions for returns as described in the Order or Product materials delivered ("Products terms") so please read the carefully before making a request with 2Checkout. In case of misunderstandings between 2Checkout Refund Policy and the Product terms, the present Refund policy will prevail. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if due to 2Checkout error, when you need to contact 2Checkout and make a formal request.
If the refund request is granted by 2Checkout, payments are refunded as follows:
- Credit / Debit Cards payments will be refunded within one (1) business days;
- Wire Transfer and check payments will be refunded within seven (7) business days and the cost of transfer will be supported by the end user;
- PayPal payments will be refunded within one (1) business day;
- Other payment methods will be refunded between five (5) to seven (7) days.
If applicable, 2Checkout reserve the right to hold the refund payment until we receive a completed letter of destruction of the Product signed by you.
The present Refund policy is part of the 2Checkout TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
✿ SHIPPING POLICY ✿
All orders are subject to product availability. Please note that if you're ordering instock items with preorder items, your order will be shipped out when the preorder items finish production and become available. If you order multiple preorder items, only when the last item finish production will the order be shipped. If you'd like to receive other items first and have them shipped separately, please contact me via email.
Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 45 days from receipt of your order. Please provide a photo of the item you receive with the attached packing list, or if possible, a video of when you open the package !
Please check the availability of shipment for your country under "Shipping" ! For shipment over 2000g.(2kg. or roughly 4.4 lbs) you won't be able to checkout, as I did not include the shipping price for those weight ranges. Please contact me with the list of your order items for a special shipment rate !
You will be eligible for cheaper shipping methods as well for bulk shipping ^-^ Please let me know if it's a personal order or group order !
All personal information that you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled with confidentiality by Enzumeii. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure correct delivery and to share or recommend product information with you. This information you provide is only available to Enzumeii and Shopify, and will only be shared with third parties for shipping arrangements.
We use your order information to arrange shipments, and p you with invoices or order confirmations. Additionally, we may also use this order information to communicate with you and screen for potential risk or fraud.
You have the right to request the destruction of data and information held about you. Upon ordering, you agree to and are bound to the above information by purchasing and providing your personal information. Thank you for reading!
